Update your Google Apps account after a name change.

After you change your name with Human Resources, the new name is automatically updated in your email and Google Apps account. It turns out that Google Apps uses your Google+ profile for your name, so it may look like your name did not change in Google Docs and other Google Apps.

You can edit your Google+ profile to change your name. Once completed, you will see your new name used throughout Google Apps.
