Restore Notability Data from Google Drive to Notability App
Please see the Notability app section in the iPad Backup Instructions to setup Notability back up. This article is for restoring the backup data.
This Knowledge Base article will show you how to transfer backed up Notability files or whole folders from your Google Drive to the Notability app.
Make sure you have the Google Drive app downloaded on your iPad and that you are logged in.
Open your Notability App
1. Once you are in the Notes section (all notes) Long Press the blue button "new" > tap on Import
2. Tap on Google Drive
3. Navigate to your Notability Folder in your Google Drive (normally it's titled Notability unless you renamed your Notability back up) > find the folder inside your Notability back up that you would like to import then tap on >
4. Select the Subject you would like to transfer your back up files to (bottom right hand corner shows the current folder/subject the files will be moved to - you can tap on the subject name to change or create a new subject) > tap Import All or manually select the files you want to transfer
