The daily attendance notifications be sent through ParentSquare is sent according to the following schedule:

High School:

• 12:30 PM data is pulled from Synergy
• 12:45 PM message is sent out via email, phone & App 
• 3:30 PM data is pulled from Synergy
• 3:45 PM  message is sent out via App, phone & text for Tigard High School, and Tualatin High School

 Middle School:

• 10:15 AM data is pulled from Synergy
• 10:30 AM message is sent out via email, phone & App for Twality Middle School,  Fowler Middle School and Hazelbrook  Middle School
• 4:15 PM Data is pulled from Synergy
• 4:30 PM 2nd call goes for Middle Schools

Elementary School:

• 9:00 AM Attendance data is pulled from Synergy
• 9:15 AM Message is sent out via Email, Phone & Text for Elementary students

Creekside Community High School, Lifeworks NW, PCC Program, TTSD Virtual Academy Schools:

• 4:45 PM data is pulled from Synergy
• 5:00 PM  message is sent out via App, phone & text
