Fix trial version error for Adobe software

When a user activates the 7 days trial version with their TTSD email address, the user must follow this procedure to log out and log back in using the license assigned by the TTSD Technology department.


  1. Clear the cache in both the Safari and Google Chrome (or the user's default browser)
  2. Sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud app (NOT Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Photoshop app)
  3. Log back in but choose the Enterprise ID option when it is presented (do NOT choose the Adobe ID; otherwise, we back to the trial version)
