ParentSquare - Office Staff Tips
Quick Tips for Office Staff to POST a Message (goes via email, text and (if active) ParentSquare App)
- Staff can access ParentSquare on the TTSD Staff portal: https://staff.ttsd.k12.or.us (or HERE: http://www.parentsquare.com)
- Sign in with Google
- Your school will appear in the left column
- 90% of the time office staff will be sending a POST.
- Click Posts > New Post
- Select the class or group you wish to send to.
- Select whether you want parents, students, staff, and/or guests from that group/class
- Enter your Subject and Message
- Select your delivery timing
- Click Post Now (or use the arrow to schedule your post)
