ParentSquare - Office Staff Tips

Quick Tips for Office Staff to POST a Message (goes via email, text and (if active) ParentSquare App)


  1. Staff can access ParentSquare on the TTSD Staff portal: https://staff.ttsd.k12.or.us (or HERE: http://www.parentsquare.com)
  2. Sign in with Google
  3. Your school will appear in the left column
  4. 90% of the time office staff will be sending a POST.  
  5. Click Posts > New Post
  6. Select the class or group you wish to send to.
  7. Select whether you want parents, students, staff, and/or guests from that group/class
  8. Enter your Subject and Message
  9. Select your delivery timing
  10. Click Post Now (or use the arrow to schedule your post)
