Creating a Synergy Hall Pass in TeacherVUE Open TeacherVUE Click on the student in the Seating Chart and select “Create Hall Pass.” Select “Now” Select the location the student will be going to. Use the slider to set the number of minutes for how long the student can be gone. Enter a note (optional). Click “Create Hall Pass” The timer begins immediately. Tell the student that the hall pass has been approved. When you return to the seating chart, you will see an overlay on the student's photo of the pass with a countdown timer. Click the Ticket icon to end the hall pass when the student returns. If the countdown timer runs out, it will start counting up from 0:00 with additional unapproved time until the pass is ended.
