Google Forms - This form will soon lose the ability to receive responses from users outside of Tigard Tualatin Staff. Upgrade Now.
Background context:
Staff and students are in two separate Google instances. When a staff shares a Google Form with students, the students are considered "outside" users.
Why?
Google removed trusted domain access to restricted forms in September 2025. With this new change, staff must upgrade their forms and ensure the sharing is set.
How will staff know which forms to upgrade?
When accessing a form, staff will see a banner like this. Note: Google detects forms that are shared to users outside of the organization and displays this banner. For forms that don't share or share within the Tigard Tualatin Staff's Google instance, this banner will not be displayed.

What to do?
1. It is recommended that staff upgrade the form to the new version by selecting the "Upgrade Now" option on the right side of the banner.
2. Click Upgrade.
3. Click OK.
(Optional) If the staff unchecked the Allow anyone with the link to respond checkbox in step 2. Please complete the steps below.
1. Click the Sharing icon
2. Under the General access section, change the Responder view from Tigard-Tualatin Staff to Anyone with the link
