Setting Excel as the Default Application for CSV files
How to set your default Application to Excel for CSV files. This example uses a Canvas Admin report as an example, but you can use any CSV file as your data file. How to install Excel (MS Office) on your Mac: 1. Open Self Service (it's in Applications) 2. Find Office 2019. "Install" How to set your default Application to Excel for CSV files: 1. Run report from Canvas (Admin >> Settings >> Reports tab). 2. Download the report (.csv file). (It will likely land in your "Downloads" folder...but take note of the location) 3. Locate the ".CSV file" in downloads. 4. Click ONCE on the file. 5. Go to the File menu >> Get Info. 6. Small window appears. Click "Open with:" drop-down menu and select Microsoft Excel. 7. Close Window.

Using Rhino 7 Cloud
This documentation should be used to validate the Rhino 7 license on computers that are outside of the TTSD network. 1. When the user opens Rhino 7, the user will see a screen like the screenshot below if no license was entered. Students must enter their full email address and select the "I have read and agree to" checkbox NOTE: it is possible that TTSD laptops may already be set to validate the Rhino license with our internal licensing server. If that is the case, the user must change the license by opening the Rhino 7 app > Preferences > Licenses > Change your license key > Logout 2. Students may need to enter their Google passwords before they arrive at this screen. Click Login as... 3. A webpage will open. Click on your account. 4. Close this webpage. 5. That's it!

Fix trial version error for Adobe software
When a user activates the 7 days trial version with their TTSD email address, the user must follow this procedure to log out and log back in using the license assigned by the TTSD Technology department. Clear the cache in both the Safari and Google Chrome (or the user's default browser) Sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud app (NOT Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Photoshop app) Log back in but choose the Enterprise ID option when it is presented (do NOT choose the Adobe ID; otherwise, we back to the trial version)
