Verifying Student & Parent Information Online
Disponible en español How to update enrollment information through ParentVUE including the following and more: Parent contact information Emergency contacts Phone numbers Student health conditions. Etc... If you don't know your ParentVUE account, please select "Forgot password" using the email you provided to the school. If you do not have a ParentVUE account yet (or an email provided to the school), please contact your oldest child's school to get one set up. 1. On a computer, log into ParentVUE and select "Begin Registration" or "Online Registration" OR on the ParentVUE home page... 2. Select the "verify student information" option in the pulldown menu. 3. Read the information on the Welcome page and click "Continue" 4. You will see a list of current students to verify/update as well as former TTSD students. Click "Save & Continue" 5. Fill out your name in the Electronic signature area exactly as it appears at the top of the screen. 6. Use the "Previous" and "Save and Continue" buttons to navigate, not your main browser's forward/back buttons. 7. Click the "Edit" button to review/update information for each Parent/Guardian. All "In Progress" parents/guardians must be reviewed before continuing. 8. Click the "Edit" button to review/update information for each Emergency Contact. All "In Progress" emergency contacts must be reviewed before continuing. 9. Click the "Edit" button to review/update information for each Student. All "In Progress" students must be reviewed before continuing. 10. When all students are ready to submit, click "Review" 11. Check the box at the bottom of the page and click "Submit"

Using ParentVUE & StudentVUE On The Web Or Mobile Device
Disponible en español Information on logging in to the ParentVUE and Student VUE web portals and using the apps (for iOS and Android) on your mobile device. ParentVue & StudentVue URL for Web Browser Access Parents and students are now able to log into Synergy through the ParentVue and StudentVue portals. To log in via a web browser, go to: https://svue.ttsd.k12.or.us (or use the link on the TTSD Home page: http://www.ttsdschools.org) ParentVue & StudentVue apps for iPad/iOS and Android devices: Synergy also offers an app for iOS and Android mobile devices. To access StudentVue on a mobile device: Download the ParentVue or StudentVue app via the iTunes store or Android marketplace. Open the app. When opened for the first time, you are prompted to connect to your school district's server. Swipe to find your school district. Allow app to know your location or enter zip code = 97223 (Tigard-Tualatin School District) Select "Yes" to select as your school site. We recommend saving your user name at the login prompt, but NOT saving your password to protect the privacy of your child's student data. The "District URL" is necessary to set in order to login successfully on either app. NOTE: Parents recieve their activation codes in the mail or from their child's school. NOTE: ParentVue accounts must FIRST be activated through the website. Once activated, they can use the ParentVue app (on iOS or Android). NOTE: StudentVue accounts are the same as their Google Apps/server logins. They do NOT have to activate their accounts and can set up the StudentVue app right away. Paperless Report Card Option in ParentVUE
Disponible en español By default, parents & guardians will receive a paperless report card through ParentVUE. Please review this article to learn how to access your student's paperless report card in ParentVUE. This article will show you how to check and, if desired, change your paperless report card setting in ParentVUE. On the Web 1. Log in to ParentVUE. If you don't know your login information, please check with the front office at your oldest child's school. 2. Click on "my account" in the top right corner. 3. Look for the "Go Paperless!" checkbox. If the box is checked you will only receive the report card through ParentVUE. If the box is not checked, you will receive a printed copy of the report card in addition to seeing it in ParentVUE. 4. If making a change, click the "update account" box when done. In the ParentVUE Mobile App 1. Open the ParentVUE app. If you don't know your login information, please check with the front office at your oldest child's school. 2. Select "my account" in the lower right corner. 3. Look for the "Go Paperless!" checkbox. If the box is checked you will only receive the report card through ParentVUE.
