Users must disable the Private Wi-Fi Address setting on their iPads in order to connect to the TTSD network. We normally have this automatically disable but occasionally, users may have to disable this manually.

1. Open Settings
2. Select Wi-Fi and click the blue i icon next to the TTSD
3. Toggle the Private Wi-Fi Address setting to off (grey color) and click Join This Network
